How to delete the account and data

In the app

Open the app, tap your name at the top to go to Settings, then For parents › Delete account and data. Answer the grown-up question and type DELETE to confirm. The deletion happens right away.

Without the app

Send an email to washingtondacosta@gmail.com with the subject "Delete Risc.Ai account", from the account's email. We reply to confirm and delete it within 15 days.

What is deleted

the account (email, nickname and password);
the coin balance and subscription data;
reports made by the account.

Purchase records are kept for as long as the law requires, without name or email. The gallery and books live only on the phone: deleting from the app also removes them from that device, and uninstalling the app removes the rest.

The Plus subscription is billed by the Play Store and must also be cancelled there (Payments & subscriptions).
